Deposit & Payment Policy for 2021
$100.00 deposit required for all reservations
Your reservation can be held with a credit card at the time it is made or by check.
If you use a credit card the required amount will be run through within 24 hours along with a 4% service charge.
If you decide to send us a check, we will hold the reservation for 15 days only. If after the 15 days we don't receive your check it will be assumed you have made other plans and the dates and cabin you reserved will open up to new reservations.
If, at a later date, you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we will return your deposit, less a $25.00 service charge, if and only if the cabin is re-rented for all the dates you reserved.
Upon arrival to the resort, we ask that you check in and settle up your remaining balance. (You are responsible for all the days you reserved) This avoids any problem with the dates reserved, etc. At that time you can run a tab for anything you might need during your stay.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!
Please note there will be no exceptions to this policy.
